San Juan, Puerto Rico - July 17, 2008 to July 22, 2008 ASPIRA has hosted the National Youth Conference in Puerto Rico. Youth attended from all over the US to learn how to become Leaders in their communities from such notables such as: Senator Iris Martinez, State of Illinois, William Ocasio, City of Chicago Alderman, Martin Cabrera, President, Cabrera Capital Markets, Inc., and State of Pennsylvania House of Representatives Angel Cruz.
