The Honorable Iris Y. Martinez was sworn into her first term in the Illinois State Senate on January 8, 2003, to represent the people of Illinois’ 20th Legislative District. Located on Chicago’s north side, the 20th District. Iris attended the Roberto Clemente High School where she was a member of the ASPIRA Club class of 1974.
